Refund Terms

  1. Full Refund
    • A full refund will be issued if Kabjay’s team members, including programmers, designers, content writers, SEO experts, or other assigned resources, do not initiate the project within three days.
  2. Missed Deadlines
    A full refund will be processed if the website is not delivered within the specified period. However, Kabjay is not responsible for delays caused by a lack of proper communication or timely responses from the client.
  3. Client Non-Compliance:
    • Payments are non-refundable if the client fails to provide the required briefing and project details within seven days of receiving the request.
  4. 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
    • For new website designs, Kabjay offers a 15-day money-back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with the live website, we will issue a partial refund unless otherwise agreed upon at purchase. Post-delivery negotiations will not be entertained.
  5. Design Approval:
    • No refunds will be issued once mock-up designs are approved and the project enters the development phase.
  6. Ongoing Milestone Projects:
    • Refunds are not available for projects in the milestone phase, such as digital marketing services.
  7. Transaction Timeline:
    • Refunds, when applicable, may take up to a week or longer to process, depending on the circumstances and payment gateway policies.

  • Kabjay is not liable for issues or incidents reported by individuals or entities who are not our clients or are not under our direct management.
  • Kabjay will not refund payments for services not directly offered by our business.
