1. Websites

• Website development projects valued at over $1,000 require a written agreement outlining payment terms and work scope.
• For projects $1,000 or less, we offer three (3) revisions on mockups, provided the client responds within five (5) business days of receiving each revision.
• Failure to provide feedback within the specified timeframe may result in additional charges for further alterations.

2. Logos

• Clients are entitled to logo design revisions based on the number specified in their selected package.
• Timely feedback is required within three (3) business days of receiving each revision.
• Any delay beyond this timeframe may incur additional fees for changes requested after the deadline.

3. Ownership of  Work

• Once the final designs, artwork, or website are approved and final payment is made, full ownership rights are transferred to the client.
• All copyrights and claims to the final deliverables are then released to the client.

4. Modifications to Terms of Use

Kabjay.com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

5. Copyrights & Trademarks

• Clients retain full ownership of logos, drafts, and associated materials upon project completion.
• Kabjay.com may use completed projects for promotional purposes only (e.g., portfolio display) but will not resell any designs unless expressly authorized by the client.

6. Record Maintenance

• We maintain records of finalized design files for six (6) months after project delivery.
• Clients may request these files during this period. After six months, records may be permanently deleted from our systems.

7. Communication Policy

• We are only responsible for communications from official Kabjay.com email addresses (e.g., info@kabjay.com) or contact numbers listed on our website.
• We are not liable for damages caused by fraudulent emails or phone numbers not associated with our domain or listed contact details.

8. Customer Support

We offer 24/7 customer support to address your queries. You can reach us anytime at info@kabjay.com.

9. Payment Dispute Terms

• Kabjay.com follows a fair and transparent billing process.
• If a client initiates an unauthorized or unjustified payment dispute, we reserve the right to:
  • Notify the client and demand reversal within 24 hours
  • Immediately terminate ongoing services and contracts
  • Declare all outstanding payments as due immediately
  • Apply additional fees for damages caused by the dispute

10. Completion & User Agreement Form

• Upon successful delivery of the agreed services, clients must sign a User Agreement Form confirming that the project has been completed as per specifications.
• Failure to return the signed form within the specified timeframe may delay final project closure and delivery of files.

11. Revisions & Alteration Charges

All revisions beyond the agreed limits or delays caused by untimely client feedback may result in additional charges.
